it depends on the kind of pill you're on, plus your body's own personal chemical reaction to it. it's not necessarily that all pills make women lose their libido, however it's not really just certain kinds either. it's the type of pill in correlation to your body's reaction to the hormones.

This is something I have been wondering about too. My girlfriend's sex drive seems pretty low in comparison to other girls I have been with in the past. She just started the pill a week ago, and I sure as hell it does not dwindle down further than the like once a week it happens. Does anyone else know more information on this?
