This is a serious topic.

Well...I was at a rave (it was goth-themed and I had to bring a dracula costume and a pitchfork...just dont ask), and I dropped one of my glowsticks on the ground. As I was reaching down to pick it up, I noticed this girl coming up really close behind me, which was extremely odd (dont worry...this is not when I got raped), so I turn around, and here is this ugly skinny frog-looking bitch with huge unnerving eyes. She starts rubbing my shoulder, and I slowly retreat in disgust. I managed to escape her. About 10 minutes later, her and a bunch of her friends (one of them being extremely obese) started following me around, and I noticed. So I decided to lose them by going to the washroom. Bad move. The entire washroom was deserted, seeing how everyone was fucked on E and dancing like retards. Anyway, as I'm washing my face, I see these hideous creatures through the mirror. Next thing I know, I wake up on the ground, my head is throbbing from pain and bleeding, and that skinny frog-bitch is sucking my dick. I had no power to fight back, as I was in immense pain, and not the mention the fact that this huge obese girl was restraining me like some fucking sumo wrestler. Eventually they all had their way with me, and due the outright embarrassment I'll spare some of the details. I wonder what I could do. I mean I'm really disgusted, and I probably contracted some fucked up STDs from these ugly bitches. How does the law deal with males being raped?

Any help would be much appreciated.

yes they can.

anything sexually forced against your will is rape. men can be raped too. it's just generally a lot different of a proceeding when it happens because a) they're usually too humiliated to admit it was rape considering the double standard society places around male sexual activity, and b) no one really knows what to do because it doesn't seem like a man CAN be raped. because if he didn't want to, he wouldn't get hard, right? but it happens.

As for the law, Im not sure what country you are living in but in australia men can take women to court over rape just as easily if they have proof (yours would be the gash on your head etc). Contact the authorities.

Ummmmm yeah they can as far as i know, my ex was finishing his law degree and did a big assignment on this exact type of event. Apparently when a man is raped and the penis is erect and its classed as a "involuntary physical reaction". I thought it was rather stupid (im female i dont have a penis, therefore i dont know how they work lol). I thought if the guy didnt want it he wouldnt become erect? But the law here states that even if the man IS erect, if it was rape and he can prove it from physical bruising etc then it is more then likely able to be taken to court.

1.) According to the FBI, no, males can't be raped. I wouldn't want your ex as my lawyer.

2.) Erections aren't voluntary. You can make yourself get one with porn or fantasies or other sexual things, but sometimes you really don't want one and it happens anyway.
