PROLOGUE: About two years ago I was cornered in a bathroom at a private party by this Senegalese mother fucker. He was taking his clothes off and I said 'no' over and over again and asked him to let me leave. I warned him. I pumped liquid soap in my hand and when I went to smear it in his eyes my finger slipped right into his right eye socket. POP! POP! POP! I could feel the tendons rip. We got kicked out of the party and he took a trip to the ER. I hope the next girl he does that to takes the other.

BODY: I just did my PR agent a huge favor helping him out doing hair and makeup for 16 girls in 8 hours for a Maxim photo shoot when his other stylist crapt out. I even did it for free because I considered him a friend. But, last night while we were all celebrating our friends return from LA he cornered me in his bedroom. He's about 6"3 and weighs about 300lbs. He threw me on the bed and I'm cool with some wrestling or whatever, but he was taking it too far. He was pinning me down, hurting my wrists. I told him to let me up, but he wouldn't. I fought back and he pinned me down more. Then he strangled me and started saying

"You like being controlled don't you? You need to be controlled." I tried to talk but I couldn't because he was strangling me so hard. So I tried to gauge at his eyes and after a few good swings he let me up, only to block the door. He was like

"Okay, okay. Just show me your belly button." I'm so not even kidding... And I was like

"No!" Not like I actually have a problem with showing people my belly button normally, but I felt violated! Then he wouldn't let me pass him so I slapped him, full force, three times. Backhanded him even. He pretended to like it and I made for the door.

I didn't even make a big deal out of it. I went back out to the party. We were leaving soon and I figured he was just drunk and I'd handled it. So, lets just be cool and get the fuck out of there. Get a new goddamned agent. But, then when I didn't hug him when we left he made a big deal out of it and was like

"You disrespect me in my own house, fuck that. It's going to cost you double now for everything." and it's like the only reason I hired him to do the bands PR was because I thought he was a friend of mine. But, if he was a friend of mine he would've been concerned that I was upset.

I told him off and I was like "I have bruises on my wrists right now and I wasn't even going to make a big deal out of it! As far as I'm concerned you've disrespected me." It got nastier than that, but I'm paraphrazing. Then he says

"What role are you playing?"

and I'm like "This isn't a role! This is real life! I'm pissed!"

Anyways, I hadn't said anything so my friends I'd come with were surprised at this parting argument. I told them what had happened in the car and my friend Holly says to me

"I'm glad you slapped him. He's crossed the line with a lot of girls and no one ever does anything.

AFTERWORD: The point is, this guy has done this to girls in the past and no one ever did anything and this is why men continue with this behavior. If you don't hit them over the head and say "No! Bad!" They'll just keep doing it.

If anyone ever corners you anywhere - no matter who it is - take their fucking eye. They don't need to beat you or rape you to make it wrong. Any kind of excessive suppression or force is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. And if you let them get away with it, they'll keep doing it.

Dude has been blowing up my phone and my friends phone today saying that I slapped the shit out of him and that I disrespected him. He's saying that he was just wrestling with me (despite that he's 300lbs and I'm 120lbs) and that I make out like I'm all punk rock or whatever and so it's okay.

Similiar things have happened to me,let me tell you.I will call this one kid by the name Leech.It's the name given to him by my social group based on his behavior alone.He claims he's from royalty,but acts as if he's from the bottom of the cesspool.Makes wild claims of being the straight one up,but then goes on to screw the same girl he promised to stay away from with a horsheshoe(I shit you not,that's the literal truth).I didn't think he was all that bad at first glance,being that first glance was also the first time i've hung out with him.That was a bad mistake,as going along into the period of the day I was inundated with the blasphemy antics of what is this kid.Attempted carjacking,molestment of a degree,assault of a degree,etcetera crap of the like.All jokingly along,initially.He thought of it as a joke,even when it was made clear to him when it was not,but that was not what stopped him in his ways with me.It was not until the next time I would see him that I would do compensation to his actions back to him.He's flying off his face from alcohal & ecstasy,charging everything & anything in sight like a bull would.I purposely taunt him to get his signiture move to go against me,& be given the very last moment I had to do action against him was when I drop kicked him in the groin to end his squalor amongst the transit center.Drop dead on the floor it seemed he did,only figuring it was 20 minutes after his reeling in pain that he was still semi-consious,if not a lil'beaten for the wear.That was the last time i've seen nor heard from him again.

The mace is a good idea for legal and psychological reasons. One is that most women wearing a tank top and tight jeans aren't going to be able to conceal a handgun well, or even comfortably to the point for daily carry. Carrying it in your purse doesn't always ensure that it's with you, or nearly as fast and discreet to deploy. Then mace looks great in court, and doesn't elicit an immediate "oh shit" reaction that might make it more difficult to use.

So I spent today in the police department. Not exactly my idea of a good time, as I (like all Totses) hate cops. However, this is the way I see it: I'm from the projects and I've been trying very hard to slowly and naturally elevate myself. I want to attain class; and yes, some of you may say that this is unattainable for a whore like me or that it's not a worthy goal, but for those of you who judge me know I try to better myself, and for those of you who don't think this is a lofty goal, I doubt you grew up in the projects.

So, I'm thinking a guy strangles me, typically my response would be to get some of my mafiosos and string him up by his balls so I can go "midevil on him with a wrench and a blow torch". However, considering my newfound taste for Minolo Bloniks and caviar I opted to do the grown up thing and sue his woman strangling ass.

I spent the entire day at the cop shop today. Even missed an hour and a half of trade school. I gave my story. I pointed out his house.

This is what you want to read

1. He sent me a text message that not only confessed to strangling me but threatened my life even though he was sure I'd go to the cops. Retard.

2. His roommate is a drug dealer and I love drug dealers. I don't want to fuck his roommate over. So, to be nice I sent his roommate a text message warning him that the cops may show up at their place so to hide his shit. He's apparently a retard, too, because he replied with a death threat in text! And this guy grew up in a palacial mansion in the burbs and he's threatening me with his chronies telling me I should get out of California for a while. And I'm like 'bitch, this is not white boy day. I was cutting bitches when I was twelve years old. Come fucking get me.' What he should be doing is crying to his rich papa or allerting his fancy ass lawyer. But, no, he was a dumbass and sent me death threats. Oops for him. Yay for me.

3. This is a good one. The cops wanted me to call the fucker up and say all this shit to him to get him to confess on tape. So, I call him up and even though I didn't feel a hard-on the cop is saying/writing for me to say "Did you want to fuck me? I could feel your hard-on." At first, I resisted, but it was so funny I finally was like (in a sudden pleasant inflection)

"So, did you want to fuck me? I want to know, because I could feel your hard on."

and he says (dig this) "What? No! I know I didn't have a hard on because just ten minutes earlier I'd shown my penis to Holly and she said it was small![b] There's no way I could've been hard after that!" This was on tape in front of a room full of cops. Everyone was dying of hysteria trying not to laugh. Again MORON IN CAPITOLS.

Anyways, I'm posting this mostly for the girls, incase something like this happens to you, so that you know what to expect. They will ask for your story and want facts, someone will take your pictures, they may want you to point out his house, point him out in a line up, they will want to take photos of your marks, they may ask you to call him up on a wired phone.

They wanted me to call on a wired cop line and I suggested it may look more organic (he's more likely to pick up) if it's from my cell. So, I pitched that we put the phone on speaker and they set up their little tape recorder that they were using to record my story and his unbelieveable long, incriminating, voice messages.

I first insisted that we test the speaker phone with another phone to make sure it doesn't sound funny. It depends on the phone, so you need to check, but it's a good option not even the cops had thought of before. It also, I think, makes you more comfortable talking to them on your own phone than a wired police tap. It feels more natural.

[b]Other things I schooled the cops on.

First of all, you may be tempted to claim every scratch and bruise on your body is from the perpetrator, but not so. Tell the truth. Now, if there's a mark where you're not sure it came from him or not and it's in a feasible area, fuck it. INSIST it was him. But, I didn't claim my rats scratches were from him. Also, there was a scratch on my neck they thought was from him but I said

"No. You can tell it's not from him because his hand would've been like this..." showed them the placement. "So, any scratch would've been a vertical scratch and that's horizontal." But, then they found another one by a finger print bruise on the other side of my neck and I was like "and you can tell this is him, because it's a moon shaped vertical scratch."

And they were like "You're smart aren't you?"

and I said "Yea. And he's? Not."

Just remember that. You are smarter than anyone who tries to victimize you because you can catch them.

Edit: Be cooperative and sweet and they'll love you. By the time I left there they were serving me free sandwiches and pops. One of them even offered me a job as a receptionist. And I don't put my nose to that shite.

One of the officers picked me up in an unmarked car this morning at 11am and took me to the county hospital to be examined. They gave me vicodin for the pain (yay!) and a bunch of panflits. I also got a lecture on my drinking since they saw that I had Hep B in the past and that I drink heavily. Now they want me in rehab, but since I haven't done anything wrong, they can't force me.

It was a pretty gnarly hospital and I spent a lot of time waiting around. But, it was definitely worth it. This guy has ruined my entire Valentines Day week, so he can take it in the ass in Federal Prison for a hundred years for all I care.

I dont know about the country you're in, but here, if someone hurts or attacks you, it's acceptable to respond with equall force. Therefore, hurting him would be okay, but killing him would be very not okay. Unless ofcourse you could deffinately prove to a court that he actually intended to kill you. Which might be hard to prove.

To everyone advising Lost to get a weapon, her best bet would be a stun gun.

Knives and firearms are deadly weapons, and to defend yourself in court you usually need to prove you feared for your life.

Mace going off in a room is going to affect you almost as much as the assailant, especially if you've never felt the effects before.

And last, a Tazer is not only expensive as hell, they're bulky, one shot, and you need a little bit of space between the two of you.

If someone is already grappling with you, jam a 700,000v stunner into a soft or vulnerable area. They'll drop.

Hm. I could do the pepper spray or may be the stun gun thing, but the knife thing is a bit throw away. Just because being a hairdresser I've already got something way better than those and they're legal for me to carry. A hair razor will cut your throat faster than you can say blueberry pancake. They're pretty raw. I carry one of them and they're nice because they have a gaurd.

Anyways, my so-called friends still aren't talking to me. Which sucks. But, I'm slowly becoming not-so-pissed about things, which, you may say "No! Stay pissed!" But, it's fucking up my shit. I just want to go back to my regular life and fucking move on.
