i've been to a mental hospital on partial and in-patient stays. i'm mentally abusive, and I was expelled from high school. yet, my girlfriend has stayed true through it all; and even when i don't call she's still there to say she loves me.

but here's the thing, recently she's been a little... hmm affectionate? lol anywho.. i've been thinking about ending it and would like some 'advice' before i ultimately make a decision. mainly because i know i can do better, but will i ever find someone with such a pure genuity about them? i'm not exactly sure what to do...

I'm sure she can do better, too.

You don't have to call it off. Just tell her you need some time to yourself, and you appreciate her for being there. It must have been really hard on her. Explain that you are in no position for emotional/affectionate human contact, and you don't want to hurt her, so a break would be best.

I don't think you should end it with her. You found a girl who has stayed with you through thick and thin, why dump her and look for another, who may not do the same?

i think it has to do with the fact that i just WANT ANOTHER :\.. thats pretty much it, if its anything else i wouldn't be able to say. it's just that her personality requires my humility and that trait tends to come and go....

ah well is exactly right. lol, she's just not my type for real. we can't get fucked up like she used to. she stopped doing drugs, basically, when she met me. we got stoned a few times but i was BLITZED daily.. so idk i'm breaking up with her as i type

Dammit dude. Sounds like she put up with alot of shit. Don't be an asshole. I garuntee you'll have a hard time finding another girl that would do all that for you. Just apologize to eachother and have a fresh start. She definitely sounds like she could do better...but I seriously doubt you can.
