14.02 is my wedding anniversary. Although we don't celebrate it cos thats the day the STATE *insert spitting noises/arcane hand sign to ward off evil eye here *says we married. According to our beliefs we were married the day after we met.

I got my boyfriend a Wii a few days ago. Considering he's floating around now with much smileyness, I dont think I could beat the Wii buying thing.

I have to work 10-3, so when I get back I'll..

I dont know. I'd say I'd cook something nice and we'd do good sex, but then that's something done almost every day.

My girlfriend got me mine for my birthday. Ended up being a little late because we had to wait for the damn thing to finally come out but we were right there on launch day.

She thinks that its silly to show all that extra love/give gifts on just a certain day when you can do it multiple times a month.

we're not really doing presents this year, and we can't be together on the day. he came over this weekend and we got to stay in a classy hotel, paid for by his dad, for 3 days and just...be together. sleep next to each other. hang out naked all the time and eat mcdonald's in bed.

so i think that was a good enough valentine's day for me.

I'm making a valentines day card. My cards are pretty cool because they're usually completely feckin irrelevant to the date and it's seasons.



This card will be made of black card. There will be fluorescent fireworks (either oil pastels or chalks, dont know yet) and a cityscape. Cityscape and fireworks. The city will be drawn in silver and gold ink with a painstakingly fine tiny paintbrush.

Considering I have less than 36 hours to complete this card, I shoul really be starting it three days ago.

Well, I'm working 7-6/7/8, and he's working 10-7. He says go to dinner after work, I say wait 'til thursday. I'm really awful company after working so many hours at such a busy holiday..

I had a sister stillborn two days before valentines day, and then buried valentines day. So its kind of an unspoken family thing that we dont really celebrate. I still did flowers and chocolate for the girl im sorta dating, but for me valentines day usually means drinking a few beers and finding something to do to keep me from feeling depressed.

while ive had girlfriends and all before, this is my first valentines with one. so i went out and spent a lot of money today on my lady. it was funny because i caught myself complaining about valentines day and how i have to spend so much and be creative and all that crap, when every other one before this i complained i couldnt do that stuff. but actually im pretty excited to give my girl this nice expensive bracelet i bought today. ive never bought a chick anything before either, so ive got a couple of firsts tomorrow. pretty spiffy i guess.

I had to work all day today, so yesterday I took her out.

We had something to drink.

We climbed a hill to my favorite spot and I gave her a rose.

Then I bought her an Italian dinner.

She seemed pretty pleased with it.

my girlfriend, mskizz, and i got snowed in together at my house the night before v-day. we stayed up, smoked weed, goofed off, then passed out to a movie. we woke up this morning together, rubbed each other's backs, made coffee, smoked weed and a cig. now we're jus kicking back in the water bed, just goofing off.

later on this weekend we are oing to red lobster and doing a gift exchange. neither of us really think v-day is a big deal, but its our first one together and we have been dating for about eleven months now.

Dear god V-Day just got here, and I already hate it. Worst thing is the snow cancelled all my classes, so now I can't even distract myself for a couple hours with something that isn't self-destructive. And the liquor store isn't open yet, and I only have like a sex pack of beer left right now.

And I guess he got me something too, which is very unexpected but lovely. Apres dinner, probably crazy rampage sex for a while. Stereo-typical valentine's day, but I like it.
