I also have a tampon in the refrigerator with his semen on it. I would've gone and had a rape kit done, but it was too embarrassing. I also have bite marks and lacerations from his pocket knife.

If I wanted to say.... talk to someone about this, professionally, would they be obligated to report it to my parents? I'm only fifteen and they already think I'm an attention whore slut who sleeps with every guy she meets; I don't need to add this to my plate. I've been covering it up with makeup and such because I know they'd be disappointed and blame me.

Assuming you don't know him, you have his DNA... most agencies could run that against a DNA bank (when you're convicted of a felony, you're required to give a DNA sample, in most states at least)

Considering that rapists are repeat offenders, he could be in there.

I didnt see any of th original questions answered. Some lawyers will try and make the thread through the moving needle eye argument. Basicly saying that a woman cant be raped unless she wants it. She meant she put the tampon in after, to gather evidence, I think.

But yeah.. it doesn't add up to me. Unless she took the pictures within the first few days or something, the bruises wouldn't look that colour. And this happened two weeks ago. I don't think it adds up. But I feel bad about just accusing someone of trolling.. it's my logic that says things aint right.

To those who doubted because of my previous posts, yes I was/am a cutter. That has nothing to do with my ability to be violently raped, does it?

To those who doubted because I came to totse- I have no where else to turn. Like I've already said, he was my rock, the one I would have turned to under any other circumstances.

To the person who doubted my bruises because of lack of swollen-ness and such, there is swelling, I guess it doesn't show up very well, also the bruise isn't actually brown, it's purple and green. The other eye had eye shadow on it because I had just taken the makeup off of my bruise. And to insinuate that this was eyeshadow really hurts.

To the person who says they added me on MSN... I only talked to one person on MSN. That was stab because he was trying to comfort me in my time of need.
