I've known her for a while and I really like her. How should I go about making my move?

I get a few hints she likes me now and again, for example she asked me if I still liked a girl I told her I did to make her jealous and then told me she was thinking about dumped her bf. Sure enough the next day she did (Yesterday.)

I wanna make my move before the guy does anything stupid like try and get back with her.
