Right now i'm waiting for my girlfreind to call and tell me if im a father. How the fuck did this happen you ask? Good fucking question. She's on the patch so this shit shouldnt happen. So i have no real idea where the fuck this thread is going but i just needed to vent. I am so not ready for kids. I knew it was a theoretical but WTF it actualy happened to me.

Apparently my biological father wanted my mom to have an abortion. I'm obviously glad she didn't.

Abortion is an odd subject, as much as I joke about abortion and killing babies, I think first trimester abortion is the lesser of two evils.

Anyways, if your responsible enough, you should be ready to raise a kid. Not everyone that spawns when they're young is completely retarded. Adoption is also an idea.

I still havent really gotten a chance to talk to her about it. Right now shes talking to her parents. She probably won't want to have an abortion but her parents might convince her. If she decides to have it we will probably put it up for adoption. I really dont think that we could take care of a kid right now.

If i were you, i wouldn't bring up abortion. I'm not Christian, I'm not Conservitive, hell im not even a big fan of babies, but i would never want a child of mine to be killed, at any age. Concider yourself lucky that you're atleast getting your highschool diploma, start saving up and prepare for the life of father. Hopefully if the two of you work you can get a job. If your parents are nice and supportive they may even baby sit for you while you attend university(albeit, only one of you will probably go).

We never used a condom and it happened. Apparently if you put it on a day late or if your horomones fluctuate it can make the patch not work.
