"I love you"
Last night me and my boyfriend of just over a week went to our local pub, and a few of my friends were there. They know my boyfriend very well, though I didn't know this beforehand.
Well, I was talking to my friend, and he said -
'Anthea, seriously, what the fuck are you doing with Kev (my boyfriend). You obviously don't know him, and I do and I really advise you to be careful. I'll tell you something now, every girl he's been with while I've known him, he's said he loved her within 3 days of being together. He's not all there if I'm honest, and he's a real bum. Don't let him sponge money or ANYTHING off you. Be careful as I really care about you and I don't need you getting hurt again'
My other two friends that were there told me almost exactly the same thing.
And I guess they were right. Kev DID tell me he loved me after not being together very long, and he HAS been sponging off people a fair bit.
I told them (my friends) that I really like Kev and that they should give him another chance while he's with me and let me find out what he's like for myself.
Thing is, it kinda freaked me out that they were right about EVERYTHING they told me about Kevin... But I DO really like him.
It's just when they said 'he's not all there', meaning he's a bit fucked in the head, warning signals went off.
Basically, he said he loved me way too early. And stupidly, I said it back. I really like him and I want to know why my friends think he's a bit loopy. So I'm going to find out.
If anyone cares to give me advice or something, feel free.

Re: "I love you"
Yeah ya know life is a bitch as they say. I went thru the same thing with my last gf. And I fell into the same thing as you I thought I really loved her and even proposed after a few months. When I lost my job and she couldnt get anymore money from me. Well you can guess what happened then. So Just watch yourself.

Re: "I love you"
Listen to a mans friends, they've know him for a hell of alot longer. It seems as if they have seen this man go through alot of heartache due to falling in love so easily.
I'd tell you to avoid him at risk of just hurting yourself, but I doubt you'd heed my advice.
Peace

Re: "I love you"
Just because you shouldnt give him money or trust him with your heart doesent mean you cant see the guy.
There's nothing stopping you from being with him and seeing what he's truly like... just be carefull. Really, really carefull.
