Would you date a person from a different race than yours? Not just a hook-up, a full fledged bring him/her home for a holiday to meet the family thing. I am curious because my brother brought home a black gal. Half nig I think. She is fucking hot. (sry no pics) Let’s just say the rest of my family does not approve.

If people say no because of a physical reason, then they may not be racist.

For example, I don't particularly find blacks and Asians attractive, but that doesn't mean I'm racist.

Latinas; it's strange, they're either fine as hell or butt ugly.

Asian mixes are usually ridiculously fine.

I dated a black guy and I did bring him home to my mom. Not a big deal with her. My paternal grandparents are a little bit racist, but they never met him. And one of my cousins on my dad's side married a half-Asian chick, grandparents didn't have a problem with that, so I think it may just be black people they have issues with.

I never had a problem with that, but my parents did so I never crossed that line. I think it made life easier to stay within those accepted boundaries. Maybe not a "right" choice, but it was the one I made for them.

I would, but in all honesty it takes a lot of deliberation to date someone outside my race these days. I'm Jewish but married an El Salvadorean and it didn't go well. A lot of people blame it on cultural differences. I think it was more that he was an immature asshole, but there were a lot of cultural differences that were speed bumps in the relationship. And once I dated a black guy (who was a fashion designer and an art student, so it's not like he was ghetto fabulous or anything) and I was really nervous about it. But, it was no big deal. He ended up being a freakoid and after he cussed out a waitress for bringing the wrong kind of fries once I dumped him. I was afraid to be an accessory to one of his up and coming violent crimes.

I dated a slamming hot indian girl once for about a month or so. My parents had no problem what so ever with it. Now her parents on the other hand, that was interesting. At first they were kind of cool with me because they knew of my grandpa who was a pretty well known doctor through out the state. But after they asked if I was going to follow in his foot steps, and I said no. That sank me in their eyes.

I am a white anglo-saxon, and I would date anyone caucasian. Not caucasian in the American sense, but in the proper sense, IE European, Middle Eastern, Central Asian, Aryian Indians, etc.

I am half white, quarter Mexican, and a quarter Native American, so I grew up to be very tolerant and accepting of everyone, except really blacks. You see, I would have no problem with dating a black girl, except I have never met one who I have found remotely attractive in mind and only a few in body. Also, I am not racist but my father pretty much is and I would be afraid of him accidently making a racial comment that she hears or something like that, since he jokes around a lot.

However, I must say that there is a girl in a couple of my classes who is half black and I believe white, and she is incredibly beautiful in an elven sort of way, and is quite tall(same height as me, around 5'10"). She is also very intelligent and nice but still assertive and is in no way "ghetto", I would love to get to know her better if I had the chance, and I would probably want to date her if I did.

But back on topic. In short, I would have no qualms about dating a white or Hispanic girl(duh) and no problems with an Asian or Middle Eastern girl, except I would just feel weird with a black girl...
