i dont usually post in S&A but.....theres this girl that i sorta like shes really cool and shit but i dont know if i should ask her out alot. ive heard a lot of stories about her like randomly stripping but thats not a big deal really. im not sure if i should just come out with it and ask her or wait a little more. i dont care if you flame or w/e i could give to craps but help would b nice

ask her asap. waiting wont help, if anything, it will make you be "just friends". Ask now, if she rejects you, you did your best and there was nothing you could do to make her say yes. She could say yes and youd be happy, or she could say she wants to get to know you better, and you wait a week or two.
