It sounds to me like some sort of psychological issue with it, like a mental block or something like that. you haven't been able to in the past, so you keep telling yourself you won't be able to, and hence when you try do, you can't because you already believe you're not going to.

I'm saying that it's not a huge deal if he can't cum just from sex because there's other alternatives...It sounds like this is just a mental problem, and he'll probably get over it. But it the mean time, if he wants to cum with his girl, he should jerk off onto her boobs. Simple.

Performance anxiety man, no problem. At least you can be happy about obsessing over not being able to come, most guys who develop a mental block have it aimed toward keeping hard, and they can't. Well, I had that same 'problem' for a long time, came once out of.. over a hundred times we had sex. It's a mental thing, I'd say relax, but trying to do that rarely works. Give it time, and enjoy it while you can. I can still only cum now if I relax for a few minutes, but if I choose not to I can go for hours. I know how you feel, but I'll bet it's a far better feeling than not lasting long enough.
