That's your 2nd cousin. It's a close enough blood relative that it could be considered incest by some, but legally it is not incest. In many states 1st cousin marriage is legal, and there are no states where 2nd cousin marriage is illegal.

We were hitting it off pretty nicely yesterday, then both our dad's walks up and casually mentions how we are related, not close, but related none the less.
