I liked the girl then my friend started dating her so i decided not to comment to him but the girl knew and she said she liked me too, and then when my friend and her broke up She started talking about this other hot guy so i kinda just felt defeated. Its happened to everyone at some point or another. Its just a part of life. Get on with it and move on to somebody else. Nothing else will change your opinion of the person.

If it happened in the past before you knew her, then its a part of life. If it happened while you and your buddy both knew the girl and this happened as of recent, don't be mad at your friend as long you kept to yourself about caring about her, but if he tagged it while you were getting close to her and he knew about it, then you need to question whether your buddy is worth hanging around, cuz he might do it again with somebody else down the road.
