I know that people say that everyone faps and it's just natural in cycles and it's healthy for you but I have been alone at night at inconsistent hours for a while, and I can say that I have not had a fap that i can at least remember in over 4 years. Are there any pills or any shit that helps with this?

Like most guys, I rub one out every now and then. Usually about 1 time a day. Sometimes if I'm sick or really busy it will be longer though. But, then I end up making up for it later. Although, I have to say that not fapping for a while makes it feel especially good when you do again. Feels kinda like the first time you ever choked the chicken. Oh yeah, you all know what I'm talking about.

Lube does help. It makes it feel way way better. But, if I am just sitting at the desk, I don't bother. Although then it takes longer.
