I've been in a similar situation.

what worked for me was to start by putting a finger in, then another, and another, with lube, and try to wiggle your fingers around pushing out so that you loosen her a little more each time, don't tear it, just slowly work it outward, she should be loose enough eventually, lube won't work first time in, you'll need make sure that she is relaxed and not overly nervous or tense. the best approach is to go slowly, not too slowly though. and once you get it in all the way, be gentle or you could hurt her. if you are inserting, and she says it hurts, don't pull out, wait a few seconds until the pain is gone, then push forward until the next pain point, then wait, continue.
