I would never have a threesome with my girl. If it was random, i would, but never with someone i care about. I wouldn't want another guy in her, hell i dont even like the thought that another guy HAS been in her. And as hot as it would be, i really wouldnt want another chick there either, it would just ruin the intimacy.
