From the little info you gave me, I would suspect she wants your attention. And find out if she is really pregnant or not. You throw up a lot when you are early in pregnancy, so if she's throwing up and people are calling her a pregger...I would buy her a pregnancy test just in case she is hiding information from you.

you should tell her that you love her for who she is, then tell her that the thought of her puking after eating is the least attractive thing. Tell her that you want to support her in being healthy and skinny at the same time

That's my advice. These types of things are simply beyond most people, with slight exceptions.

Most people with bulemia are more doing it to have a slight bit of control in their lives, its not so much about accepting their bodies, but that is part of it.

From personal experience both with my own issues with eating and very close friends, DONT get too involved unless its a life or death issue or she comes to you and asks for help. Trying to force her to realize that she needs help will only fuel her feelings that she has no control and will only lead to conflict. Bulemia and anorexia are both very very hard to treat.

If she actually is bulimic then forcing her to do anything about it will only cause her to resent you. You need to let her know that you are there for her and you'll do whatever she needs you to. Supporting her is they key.

Tel her that if she doesn't want her secret blown out of the water, she has to take it anal from you. The ONLY WAY!!!

If she really is bulimic, you'll have to watch her carefully because people with eating disorders hate having it found out. Most likely she'll binge and purge, so try to spend more time with her and don't let her stay in the toilet/shower for too long.

Bulimics and anorexics tend to have to be taught to eat all over again (like children) so you should try making dinner etc for her alot. Make small portions of different options on her plate and make sure it's colourful (colour appeals to apetite) If this doesn't work then you'll just have to confront her about it.
