I dont want to spend forever typing out all these details. Basically, by round 3 I couldn't feel anything at all. It was 20 minutes since round 2 and I was plenty hard but I couldn't feel shit. Anyone have any experience with this?

It's called "desensitization". It happens a lot. Too much sensation and the body blocks it out. If 20 minutes isn't enough, start off slow, really slow. Or just wait longer.
