The girlfriend is starting the pill. How long would be a good time to wait before i make a deposit inside of her?

She has at the MOST, five days after her period starts. So if it was a week and a half after her last period started, wait it out. Go for it after her next period. Or during.

same here, but i'm pretty sure it's safe after 7 days. when you're first starting out they always want you to be super cautious because your body is adjusting to a new level of hormone, and also if you're not used to taking them you could jump in the sack right away but forget to take a pill or something. anyway, to sum up, i think the one month suggestion is usually just to get you used to it, but effectiveness starts after 7 days. you could always just use condoms if you're worried about it.

Re: Birth Control
I heard a full month, but my ex was the careful type. No point in taking chances that big as far as I can tell.

The better question is how long should you wait until you make a withdrawal.

Re: Birth Control
Depends on the exact type of pill, but ussually 1 month = 80% effective, 2 months = 90%,
