My Ex and I broke up because I cheated on her while not in my right mind. I know I deserved it and all but I just cant get over her. SHe's all I ever think about now a days. Not even thinking about sex and stuff just about being together. She says she's over me but I just can't get over her. I need help getting over her.

Many, you betrayed her trust. You think she'll forgive you so simply for that? I know you're going to say that you weren't in your right mind, but still and all thats no excuse. In my mind, I say there is no room for cheating....at all.

We broke up around 3 weeks ago, and Im pretty sure we were in love (I loved her atleast), and I'm thinking thats why I feel so bad about the whole thing. I cheated on her at a party when I was drunk, I'm not trying to make excuses about it, thats just what happened.

Have you tried talking to her about the situation? Without trying to excuse yourself, but more so admiting you were at fault and you would appreciate if she didn't drop your whole entire relationship over something that you can work through?

Although trust issues would arise.

I agree with Euda, I really do wish you the best of luck, because it seems you really do know that you messed up, just, it seems she really does deserve better. Someone who is more dedicated and what not.

If you're in love with someone alcohol isn't even an issue. You just don't cheat.

You can't have been so attached to her in the first place. Realise that and getting over it will be easier.

And don't try to make excuses. 'Drunk' is not an excuse. Cheating is bad enough, don't lie to yourself too.

Alcohol is a bullshit fucking reason to cheat on someone. When you're drunk, you dont start stabbing people, do you? If you can tell one thing is still wrong, you can sure as shit tell another is still very deffinately wrong.
