I'll start by explaining my girlfriend has deeply religious background, and is often against the idea of any sort of sex. Yet she's a hypocrite as she has a pretty healthy libido. She's probably the only woman I've ever cared about to any degree so I try and take this with a grain of salt (it's hard, believe me). So it works out that we are together alot but very rarely actually "together". When we do anything it usually ends up being on her terms, as randomly she might be horny and decide to push her religious issues to the side.

So far it's been that we'll have sex once or twice a month and we fool around or go with oral probly once a week.

Does anyone else in serious relationship (besides married couples, haha) have that little interaction?!

to get to my main point, ladies, should I feel guilty about masturbating? I mean being with her once maybe (and rarely) twice a week just is not even remotely enough, especially when I end up seeing her and hanging out every other day of the week.

I really want to figure out exactly why she's so against the whole idea. I know her religion plays a big role, but what's wierd is that there will be times when she is insane in bed. Its like she forgets about all the lines she feeds me. Shes only religious when it serves her (aka not horny). I know I'm no ron jeremy, but at the same time I've heard from enough ex's to know I'm no slouch in bed. So I don't think it's me but I really can't figure out what's going on w/ her. It's a shitty situation, especially as we're both nuts about each other. Any thoughts people?

Don't feel guilty, you just have a higher sex drive than her. Although, when you're beating your meat, you might want to be thinking of her. Otherwise (using dirty pictures and such) she could get rather jealous/religious.

I don't think you should feel guilty...unless [maybe] you were doing that instead. However, if you do feel guilty you should figure out why you do and come to terms with that.

Fuck no, don't feel guilty. What does she expect you to do? She's lucky you're a decent guy and you don't just go mess around with other girls because she's not willing to.

Edit - people like your girlfriend make me so mad. Either be a Christian, or don't. It's lame and hypocritical to pick and choose your morals just to suit your needs.

nah, i don't think you should feel guilty at all. it's kind of odd circumstances; maybe if you were doing it instead of doing her it'd be weird, but as is i don't see anything wrong with it. besides, how do you know she's not whacking it even more than you?

she sounds very hypocritical much like most religious nuts, you might want to confront her about it. she shouldn't be able to decide if there's going to be any sexual contact to suit her needs only and then fall back on religion if she isnt horny for a couple days.

maybe depriving her of sex a few times when she's horny and using a stupid excuse would get the message across, but thats just my opinion.

Next time she gets really horny and pounces on you, you push her away and tell her that you can't have sex with her. When she freaks out, tell her it's because you don't want to be the reason she goes to hell (or something equally ridiculous.) These religious weirdos usually respond to this kind of idiocy. She'll either realize the error in her ways and go devout, or turn into a crazy sex fiend.

First of all, never feel guilty about masturbation. Thats almost as ridiculous as the family guy episode where chris was too ashamed to poo for a week.

Secondly, I think Demoiselle has it right on this one. You always have to be the one in control in any relationship. If she's laying down all the terms. When where and how you have sex, and you just play along like an obedient puppy just for the hopes of getting some pussy, thats just pathetic.

You have to live on your own terms. In everything you do.

If you want sex, go for it. (And thats not to say you should rape her, but you know...make the advances and see where it goes.) And its a very good idea to turn her down when she wants it. Dont get religious or anything, just say your not in the mood. Or use one of the bullshit excuses she gives you when your advances go unrewarded.

Also, see if you can discover what gets her so horny that she's willing to put her religion aside. Pay careful attention to the things that turn her on, and use them to tease her constantly. Again, keeping with the theme of denying her sex whenever she wants it.
