I cant pay attention because all I think about is sex when talking to girls I like which just creates awkward silences.

Do other guys think like this and just hide it better or am I just perverted?

Focus on eye contact. Women love it, and it gives you something pleasing to look at that won't get you slapped.

yeah if I think I have a chance with a girl Ill start daydreaming about haveing sex with her while shes talking. Then when shes done talking and expects me to say something Im still in a daze without a clue what she said. Then she gets weirded out and the converstation ends.
