I think it's beneficial to your mental health because, well, it makes you feel good to orgasm.

Asking a friend about prozac very recently and it turns out it is very difficult to orgasm on it.

So there must be some endorphins replaced by the drug that abolish the supply needed for orgasm .

For men, it's beneficial to have at least one orgasm a day. I don't know about women though.

I mentally want to masturbate several times a day, my body just doesn't want to do the same... so it takes way too long and I waste time when I should be doing other things.

Once a day is good to clear your body and mind from dirty thoughts, anxiety, stress and unwanted boners.

Yeah, I heard something about it relieving stress and thus warding off cancer, but the same logic can be used for anything that relieves stress, so it's kinda a stretch.
