No. Dont listen to the other guy. A guy pees using muscles in his abdomen, putting pressure on the bladder and forcing it out the urethra. When a man becomes erect, it seals the bladder off connecting it to the testes instead. That may be a little inaccurate, but you get the idea. So it doesnt matter how much pressure you put on the bladder, it's sealed off.
