That was a week ago, and its just the girl I've liked for around 3 months now. We get on well IRL talk etc and I tease her quite alot. However this is what my friend said on that convo above.

First off you put her on the spot so her answer is not gonna be what you want. She will never admit to likeing you that way. The way you asked it lacked confidence. For best results keep it short and never say anything that belittles yourself. Face to face is always the best choice if you like someone. But probaly most of all you should never ask a girl if she likes you. So either get her to say she likes you or just ask her out.

A better approach would have been to talked to her in person, and directly asked her out, rather than skirting around it with "I don't care if I sound weird(I'm nervous as hell), but what do you think of me (I like you, and I'm not man enough to admit it).

Yeah, I don't agree with your friends statement AT ALL... could be a chance that he likes her and he's just trying to fuck you up ( just a guess). Then again I do agree that you don't have a chance.

Haha thanks, the only reason I did it skittishly over msn is that someone had already told her I liked her.
