googled and all i got was: Genital warts are transmitted from sexual intercourse with another person with the virus.
tell me google, how did that person get genital warts in the first place!?!?!

No, (s)he might just catch oral herpes on his/her genitals. Different thing. Just don't do it during an outbreak and you'll be fine
