Should I tell her how I feel?

Preface: I'm tripping mushrooms, not that's a bad thing by any means, but a lot of emotions/ideas spilling out.

Any ways, there's this girl and I know she's at least a little bit interested in me, but also another guy.

I don't want to wait around for her, basically, should I explain to her how I feel, then if it's a no, move on, or if it's a yes, proceed?

Or should I just see what happens?

Tell her, yes. But build up your blocks before you start. Be that guy that is always there for her. Get it to the point to where you guys are freinds, and you become the person that she talks to about her problems. Once you get to that point. Shes yours.
