These are called Pearly Papules. They are not likely an STD, and you should not worry about them unless they start to bother you, pain wise. Virtually every male penis has them, even if they only have one or two. They are basically a part of maturing.

Unless they are huge, a girl shouldnt notice them unless she is inspecting your cock. Just tell them that STD's dont look like those. Genital warts for instance, are nasty and sometimes crusty looking. If the bitch still thinks you have something, then get rid of her.

its not pearly papules to those of you who have them somewhere other than around the head, if its just dull white bumps on the shaft thats called sebacious prominence, i've got that too but i dont really give a rats ass about those. i think my rim bumps are probably more noticeable or something that alot of yours cause theyre very visable. thankfully my penis is above average in size to compensate for this! and Sick_Boy thanks for sticking up for my thread lol. nah i've read that you can get ppp's on the underside of foreskin though it's not as common, they're definitely not sebaceous glands cos they look exactly like ppp's.
