it all pretty much depends how you feel about her. if you really love her, you comfort her, you say that it doesn't change how you feel about her, and everyone has things they don't really feel like they're ready to say, but you're glad she trusts you enough to open up like that.

TehWTF, pretty much has it right, I think. Also, sometimes it's best not to say anything, just give her a nice big hug and kiss.

TehWTF nailed it. Tell her that it makes you happy that she trusts you enough to let you in on what she DOES let you in on, even if it's not everything. Tell her you think you know her well enough to not let anything she says change how you feel about her...if you truly do know her that well.
