So, Its 7:30 pm, I am wondering what tommorow is going to bring. I recently got back to Columbus, with nothing. No apartment, 150 dollars, and not much more.

I was in Cincinnati for the last month, working on a new store. I did a few websites including gypsyhookah,com, and cincityfilmfestival.com. The store looks great, and I added Most of my personal belongings to the store IE: my stereo, my whole book collection, Records, ETC.

Last saturday I was sent back to Columbus by my "boss" . He didn't really give me a reason, just told me o go back til I find an apartment in Cinci. Well, I did. And I saw him two days ago.

We talked about my position, how I felt kinda ripped off, and his position was kinda like "oh, well"

I have been putting preasure on him to hire me permantly, * the store is picking up, and he is opening 3 more in the next few months. He knows I know how to run it, because well, I was.

I am sitting in Columbus waiting for tommorow, I met this girl who is driving down there tommorow, and she offered me a ride.

When I get there, I am not sure exactly what I am going to be doing, but my first thing is going to be to go talk to him.

Now, How should I talk to him? I mean he knows I know my shit, and he still seems very stubborn on me working there. I would only need 500 dollars a month untill he can pay me more, and I already told him that.

I guess I need some constructive criticism on this. Because this is the most scared I have been, as far as I dont know what the fuck I am doing.

If you don't, get a contract on paper. If you're willing to work for next to nothing, be sure to put a timeframe on it. Don't let him choose when to pay you more, have it written in at a minimum raise rate.

It's a good plan to offer to work cheap, until someone knows that you're a good worker. After they know you can work well for them, don't work cheap. It sets things up for a poor working relationship. He'll think you're an idiot.

Its funny, I can't count the number f times I didn't know where I was going to sleep on my fingers and toes, I have to wonder, If I will ever really have a place to call HOME.

A lot of people don't get where I am coming from with all my little crushes. I think it comes from the need for a family, like maybe it gets better.

I have been kicked out of many places, for a number of diffrent reasons. Mostly disagreements about drugs. Either I did too many, or I wasn't generous enough with what I had.

I know I am not the best person, and I kinda expect I usualy get the short end of the stick. But, I work my ass off when I want something.

I'm mostly worried about what the hell I am going to do if this fails. I cried last night. I don't know why. I'm scared.

She's super nice, so she won't say no, but she's heard a lot of things about you... and the best part is, I didn't have to tell her any of it. And don't try to hit on her or anything, she's dating one of my good friends.

I do understand where you're coming from, regarding really needing a place to call 'home'. My parents split,so I move into a flat with my mum and a house with my dad at the same time, which was very confusing.Then my dad moved again, and I moved with him, whilst my mum eventually moved into a house, and so I moved with her also,after an interim of living with my brother. AGAIN, very confusing. Then I got away from my dad and moved out,then my mum kicked me out.

All in all, I've moved house atleast 7 times in the last 7 years.

I've got a flat now, and I finally understand having to work whatever shitty job I have to and do whatever I have to to keep my tiny little place. It may be a cold mouldy shithole, but it's mine.

The place isn't that busy, so its just side work right now. I am kinda sleeping in nooks and crannies right now. I have made a bunch of friends though. And I got the hook up on drugs, so its not that bad. I am also keeping my self busy working on my website.
