Hi, I have a dilemma.

At school I'm really good friends with this girl I like. She's like my best friend and I *think* that she likes me too.

On the other hand,

There's another girl that likes me (I know this for sure). I used to like her last year but not anymore but I still think she's ok.

Anyways, the problem is that the other girl is enemies with my best friend (the girl I like) so if I date the other girl, I might loose my best friends friendship, but if I don't date there's a possible chance she might not like me so I'll have to be single for longer.

tell the one that is your friend the truth. just say 'look i know you dont like this person, but i REALLY like her, im sorry i cant help it please dont be mad if i date her' and if she doesnt want to be friends with you because of it then you dont need friends like that anyways. on the plus side she might even get jealous, and you didnt do anything wrong since you told her the truth in the beginning

^ Good point, but the thing is this looks like a stop-gap. There's no point risking a friendship and possible relationship for another relationship when you don't care about the second girl anyway.
