Actually hymens come in all shapes and sizes, and are usually eroded by things like riding bicycles, tampons, or horseback riding by the time a girl is a teenager anyway.

There is no way to "test virginity", that idea is old and wrong and any competent doctor knows it.

This is the exact same scenario that happened to my friend and shes filo too, they do have very strict mothers. She asked for the examination to be private so her mother left the room and she explained to the doctor that she had been having sex but if her parents found out she could be in very big trouble, put under strict rules or maybe even sent back overseas.

She told him she always used protection and was very carefull with her partner, basically she told him if her mother was to find out she would be screwed and he actually lied for her.. So i do think if she explained her situation he may tell her mother a white lie to keep her happy.
