Back when I was twelve years old, which would be seven years ago now, I was part of an Age of Empires 2 clan (Lordz).

I befriended a RT (Round Table) member and bugged him for a few months. Eventually he gained the power to make members mods, and I was modded.

I did an exceptional job by admission of other RT members, but the clan was in decline and eventually died.

I ended up, with a few mates from that clan, creating my own Age of Mythology clan (Jagged Knights) and was thus an Admin in a relatively famous mid-level clan.

That is my experience of modship.

I went on a trip to see my (then)girlfriend for two weeks and came back to found out I had been made a mod.

First time modding was on a small forum started by a friend it was a lot like totse except a lot less people.

Second time I became a eAthena dev, not sure if you guys know what Ragnarok is but its a MMORPG. I was the scripter for about a year.

I think a couple other places don't really remember.

Judging by people like firekitty751 and Pirate Hippie, I'm guessing it's through affirmative action.

Cboys and Jewdude were fairly close too.

Not sure but I'm guessing it involved three days of solid drinking, demonic summonings, intense questioning of the spirits, arcane bloody rituals and much much nekkid cavortings....
