My foreskin is pretty tight, I can pull it back fully when I'm erect but it hurts and sex is pretty discomforting. So what can I do to gently stretch the skin out?

Yes, tell a doctor about it and he'll cut it just enough so that it works properly.

Go in a bath, and practice stretching it then. Eventually it will keep getting loser.

Or you could go to a doctor and be prescribed steroid cream to stimulate skin growth.

Haha, my problem is exactly the opposite... my foreskin is a little too loose, and hurts during sex without a condem because it keeps slipping back too far and that little bit of skin that keeps it attached near the top starts to sting.
