I am kind of going through the same thing. As long as I am busy, I'm fine. It's when I have nothing to do and no one around that I start to feel it.

The last 3 responses pretty much covered it, but in summary, first is lots of alcohol and drugs to forget, then a hot chick friends work but if you want to completely forget about her any random chick will do, and repeat as necessary.
