Mmphg. Gingers are far too fine for their own goods. It's kind of the "wild side" embodied, methinks. Start with the hair: Blondes/brunettes have decent hair, but it's typically one color. A few natural highlights here and there, but... meh.

Gingers, on the other hand, have such varied intensities and hues making up their coloring... it's fascinating, and untamed, more than anything.

Also - pale skin, while typically a sign of the Geek, the Nerd, and the Socially Inept, is smooth and soft and lovely in general. ('Course... I'm a female on totse, so geekdom, nerdhood, and social inepititude aren't exactly foreign...) Over-tanned bodies, be they male or female, are just a turn-off.

Freckles are just plain cute.

The classic ginger is going to have frog-green eyes with which to wink flirtations, though the look works well with blue-green or grays.

I dunno. I find nothing wrong with gingers, personally.

pft that's subjective. to me the darkest tan is still a turn on and is infinitely better than pale skin. i've got a really dark tan, not because i try to, but my skin naturally tans incredibly fast. and all my life i've gotten nothing but compliments so your opinion and the general opinion on this site about tans being bad and pale being good are pretty much restricted to this site or the internet and do not represent the general views of the real world.

I have no problem with them...like any other race, or hair colour or whatever theere are uglies and hotties.

I don't really care but most of them are not that great looking as stated. Its mostly due i think to the pale skin. I can't really stand PALE, i like a tan girl not someone that looks like they've been locked in a basement. But I have known a few VERY hot gingers.

And as for why some people really hate them but sentinels right as far as I remember Irish people are like the niggers of the UK. So that might explain it.

I like redheads but not gingers, and yes there is a big difference. Gingers are short, typically ugly, have fire-orange hair and their entire arms and faces are absolutely plastered with freckles. I hate those. Redheads such as my girlfriend on the other hand have either a darker red ("auburn") or a light "strawberry blonde." (gf has the latter) They may have some freckles but they arent dark or thick or overly noticiable in any way, and they react well to sunlight, unlike gingers. My girlfriend tends to get a light tan over the course of the summer which looks VERY good on her. Gingers burn no matter what.

Well I'm very dull auburn, almost no freckles, and vampiric in the sun. Very weak eyes, even when not in bright light but my hair is not that disgusting curly pig-style hair many of them have. Just normal straight hair.

First off, gingers are NOT a race. Gingervitis is a disease. Anyone who thinks otherwise is ignorant or stupid.

Red heads and gingers are very different. Red heads do not have freckles, pale skin, or the mental disability that is experienced with gingervitis. Red heads can go out in the sun without burning, and they also have a soul.

Gingervitis is a very serious disease that cannot be cured. It is a burden on any family to have a ginger child, and a much bigger burden on the child itself.

Ginger's seem to suffer from a wide variety of effects. Firstly the physical effects. Gingers will burn in the sun, so it is important that they are never in direct sun light (much like a vampire). They are often covered in freckles, this is very displeasing to the eye, and the poor creatures are marked like this for life. Gingers have a weakness for alcohol, they often get sick off small amounts of booze. They have a slower reaction time and normally have bad co-ordination, however there are a few exceptions.

Some of the mental effects are, a serious decrease in mental abilities. Although some gingers may be smart, this is extremely rare. Most gingers are at least 50 IQ points below the average human. They often have trouble solving simple puzzles that most find easy. One of the most difficult things for gingers is multi tasking. They are what I like to call "one way thinkers". Well the mental weakness in gingers often goes unnoticed, you will quickly see problems if they are presented with a problem that requires them to make connections with various problems. Ask a ginger what 2x2 is. Ask him what 4x2 is. Ask him what 8x2 is. Keep doing this. Now, lightly throw a ball at the gingers face. It will smack him dead on. This is because gingers cannot multi task. While thinking about the simple math problem the ginger disconnects from everything else. This may be why many gingers get in accidents frequently. Driving and a cup of coffee is a deadly combo for a ginger.

In short, gingers are just generally shittier at everything when compared to normal people. I hope they find a cure, and wipe gingervitis off the face of the planet.
