This conversation has come up in work, and since between us we've done very few rapes, nobody knows the answer.

Is rape wet or dry, or does it depend on the circumstances? I'm guessing Tyson's victims would be at least slightly damp, while Brian Peppers would have to bring some lube along.

but women tend to be pretty moist generally, not just when are about to have sex. Think about it, it would probably hurt a bit to move normally if you were bone dry.

Not uncommon, but not very likley I don't think.

I remember in 8th, and again in 10th grade we saw a presentation by this one woman with the local Rape Crisis Center, and she basically gave a really long and very interesting presentation on rape, it's social stigma, etc. She was also a former rape victim.

But one of the things she stressed was that many women were ashamed to come forth with a rape because they felt horrible because they often became wet during the rape, or even reached orgasm because of it.

The same was true with this one football player she told us a speech about. She said that basically, a guy that he trusted was giving him a ride home, pulled over, and told the kid he had a gun and would shoot him if he didn't give him a blowjob. So the kid gave him a blowjob. Then, and this is the weird part, the guy gave the kid a blowjob(threatened, of course). One of the first questions asked by the kid when he reported the case was of course "Am I gay?", and the people at the Rape Crisis Center said of course not.
