Ok, so I somehow got to Italy. Let's not worry about how. I'm working in some stupid job to pay off a debt to the mafia or something, and I end up having sex with a very pretty girl who worked there, and somehow I'm sure I got her pregnant. She believes me. Like with every other girl, I fall in love with her instantly (fall real hard).

Then I hide in a water cooler and get sneaked out of the country back home.

It's possible that your dream is telling you that when you do fall, you fall hard (as you said) and instigate yourself into a massive and instantaneous commitment that you're simply not ready for.
