I recall a thread about this somewhere but I can't find it. Anyways I have tight foreskin and I can only pull it back when I'm flaccid. Any exercises or something I can to remove this annoyance besides circumcision? Or should I wait it out and see if it solves itself?

Jacks son had to have circumcision because of tight foreskin IIRC.

when it's not hard, pull it back behind the head.

get some porn, get a hard-on and make sure you keep the skin behind the head, even though it may sting a bit.

... then fap.

rinse and repeat... over several days of course, and you're skin should loosen up.

It might tear a little but it is worth what little discomfot you'll experience. If you are young, <18 then your wang isn't done growing. If you don't stretch your foreskin out now the future discomfort will be much greater. Either because your wang is bigger and it stretches more or you get circumcized.

i had this problem when i was young (6 or something, i cant really remember). it wouldnt go back at all. I went to see a consultant who told my parents i had to try and roll it after being in a warm bath, gentally practicing to make it more elastic or i would get circumised.

when i found out what circumcised meant, i practiced a lot and it was sorted.

You have partial phimosis. Go and see a doctor. They can recommend you proper stretching programmes, or give you steroid cream (it promotes a little skin growth and allows it to stretch). If all else fails, there are proper surgeries, but it doesn't sound like you're anywhere near severe enough to require it. Don't take risks with your penis, man, just go see someone about it.

Just pull it back very hard. I had tight foreskin when I was 11. I still remember when I pulled it back.. X_X

it will stretch, its even possible for somebody thats had there foreskin cut off to stretch there dick skin enough so they get a new forskin

If foreskin is tight and you pull it back and then it will get stuck (if not rip). It will prevent blood flow, and then you are fucked.

BTW, this is called phimosis. There are other alternatives to circumcissions these days. Steroid creams and stuff.

OP, go see a doc (the serious advice here was however correct, there are many options and the 'bath' one is a good place to start)
