Now, they all jokingly offered to give me £10 each if I went with along when she next tried to come onto me and just slept with her. Of course, this was just all silly joking to wind me up, but it totals almost £140 now and I do like the girl a fair amount, and it's also a fair amount of money when I'm this broke. So if down the road I did end up sleeping with her, would it be wrong of me to call them on paying me the money? I'm sure there's something morally wrong here.

Can you imagine how hurt she'll feel (and she would find out...work 'colleagues' are vicious animals).

Even if you slept with her really truly because you fancied her , you'd still have a made her a whore in her own eyes.

If you do sleep with her down the road then you simply MUST tell her about the offers before hand.

Well the friends who are "offering" don't work with me, but yes, I wouldn't want to hurt the poor girls feelings if I ever did. I think it'll be easier if I just avoid any opportunity to do anything with her. Less complications this way.

^No, she wasn't stupid. I guess you missed the point of that movie and you need to watch it again. He took the money, but realized that she was worth more money than anyone could pay him. Which is why he used it to apologize and used it as a way to get her forgiveness.

I feel ashamed to hear you say that. 10 thing I hate about you is a great movie and a movie that I enjoy. To me it is sad that you don't understand the message or the subtle hints at the grand design that is love. Maybe one day you can watch this and understand, and maybe it will help you better yourself.

I liked it. I just didnt understand the morals.

This might be because some old bastard decided to fall out of bed in the last two minutes of the film so I didnt get to see the end.

Can anything truly dramatic happen in two minutes? I saw the tiny girl punch the slimy asshole in the face at the big party thing, and by the time I got back the credits with the outtakes were running.

Ten Things I Hate About you does seem like a shitty teen movie example but it was actually based on Shakespear's "Taming of the Shrew" so it has some credibility. Take it from Shakespear, it will fuck things up. As for the last two minutes I can't remember but it was probably some shitty happy ending. This guy's situation however might not be so happy.
