Well first I should probly back up... Last summer I lost about 45-50 pounds, I now weigh 165 and have been getting alot more attention from the ladies. Me and this really sweet girl have been sort of "seeing" eachother for mabye a month or so. We havent actually gone on an official date yet but we hang out places and flirt. Now since I used to be a fatshit I never really experienced a full on relationship other then 2 week flings. So my question is when is the right time to ask her to be my girl? first, second "date"? And whats a good way of asking? I cant help feeling lame saying something like "so uh..will yew be my gurlfriend?" Also, we havent kissed yet.. And thats not because im doubting her liking me its only because of lack of relationships and me not knowing when its the right moment.

So totse, im sure some of you have been in my situation or will be soon. Help a brutha out?

Damn dude same exact story going into my Senior year in '05. Haha if you are still in high school or going to college soon I'd recommend being single. With all of the new attention you can get just as many girls as you want dude. Get out there and play the field.

As I see it, there should be an unspoken understanding that you're a couple to some degree before you bring up any of that stuff...deal with formalities as an afterthought. That's what I've done that in the past anyway, and it seems to me to be the best way to go about things. I've never officially 'asked' a girl to be my Official Girlfriend...that seems kinda awkward and middle school-esque.

well, at the point you've reached, use my failsafe method. look at a calander of the present month, close your eyes, and point to one of the days. ask her out on that one (lest it be a day that has passed).

well, i would assume because teenage girls usually need some sort of verbal lockdown on 'em. just hoping she's mature enough sometimes doesn't cut it.
