Why get jealous, I have a saying (well not my saying but a good one to go by), and it's worked pretty well... If you love someone let them go, if they come back they're yours.

Now... It's kept me away from some dangerous girls... really clingy girls, and some nasty girls w/ STD's in the past... but, it has caused some pain.

This (in theory) is good, in practise however is a different story entirely I have found.

Yup, I'm the exact same. Girls usually tell me I'm to serious , or too jealous. I don't know.. I probably wont change, unfortunately.

There's no point being jealous really. If someone is going to cheat on you, they're going to do it whether you're paranoid about it or not. In theory, it'll only be more appealing the more it's forgiven.

It's a good test of a relationship: If you're in a good one, hanging out with other guys/girls should only reinforce your faith that your with the best person for you.

Yeah man I'm a really jealous person. It really sucks too because my current girlfriend is very very sociable and loving and touchy-feely with every guy she knows. But I guess it just makes me want her more, because I get the feeling that I'm kind of always on the edge with her and that drives me to try harder with her ya know.

I get those thoughts especially when I'm not around my girlfriend. Usually I just try to ignore them and relaise how stupid they are.
