Ok, here's the story:

I really like this girl, who I had known since middle school. Well, I knew who she was, but we didn't start hagning out until highschool. I did'nt go to her highschool, but I always came over to hang out with her and a bunch of my other friends. We started hangingout like 3 years ago.

We both like each other, and we have since the beginning. But, with me a city away, almost a full time job, and her in highschool with no transportation, we only get to hangout like 3-4 times a month. Mabye a little more. This is how its been for the last 3 years.

Also, another big problem is we both have trust issues, and I am a pussy. But we had a very nice long talk on new years eve and evreything got thrown out into the open. She said we should wait until she is out of highschool before we have a relationship (she's in 11th grade right now, BTW.)

Another thing she told me, is this guy, (I will call him T) and her used to be like really good friends. And then it got out of hand. He started hitting her, and leaving bruises on her, but she just laughed it off and thought he was just playing around. Comes down too it, he tried to rape her and locked her in a room for an hour while she was crying. This was about 2 years ago, but when I heard about this I got super heated (I was drunk at the time.)

Turns out, I know who the guy is, we even hung out a few times because I met him thru another friend. He is a fucking fag emo kid who wears girl pants.

I'm saying though, next time I see him, I am going to run up and knock his ass out. I am 6'7", and I have about 70-90 pounds on him at least, so it is going to be cake.

What do you think about this situation, Totse? And can you give me some advice on the relationship, should we wait, or try to do it now? Should I really maul his ass?

Is this a Bad Idea?

Man you have no idea if this chick was lying to you or not. Yeah you could really hurt this guy, so you could get yourself in alot of law trouble. He is an emo tho, so yeah just slap him around make him look like a bitch, but don't demolish him.

No vehicle, no liscense, no permit...And yeah, about a 10-15 minute drive. Sometimes I walk along the highway just to go hangout with em.

We always talk on myspace, but not on the phone. There is always long, awkward silences on the phone...

a 10-15 minute drive isnt that far away, and shouldnt keep you too from being togethor. Bus, walk like you said, get rides from your parents to meet somewhere, shit like that.

I dont drive either, and im seeing a girl right now. She lives about the same distance away. For me i met her, then loosely hung out with her at parties and shit. Then i got one of my guy friends who drives to meet one of her friends, wich doubled our time togethor since the 4 of us are always doing something.

If I don't do anything, then what if I was to see him again in the near future? Should I just act like nothing ever happened? I already started telling the girl how I was gonna kick his ass and everything, but I was really drunk (new years) and I think she was too.

I was thinking of just saying something along the lines of "look man, we ain't cool anymore. Don't fucking talk to me, because I have nothing nice to say to you, and if you ever so much as look at her sideways again, I'll kill you."

Make it very clear to him to never talk to you two again, but dont hurt him because he will get angry and probably take his anger from you out on the girl
