My friend is making himself out to be the victim of a senseless sex crime
So we went to this New Years Eve party and my friend brought his ex, for reasons I didn't quite understand. We really hit it off, and by the end of the night had had fucked her. Now the next day I found out that he brought his ex because he wanted to get back together with her, but I apparently ruined it. So at this point, he is waiting for an apology from me, for having sex with his ex, even though he told me at the party that he was completely fine with it, and even gave me a condom.
I used his condom to dick the girl he likes.
This whole thing is a product of alcohol, really. It took three people to get this shit off the ground. What I don't understand is why he is being so fucking soft about this. I don't think I deserve to cower in front of him and apologize for something that he helped to set up. You know, the countless times he walked by us as she stuffed her tongue down my throat he could easily have said something. Now I'm the biggest asshole in the world. Thoughts?
What it is.

Re: My friend is making himself out to be the victim of a senseless sex crime
Never fuck friend's exes. Ever.
When he gave you the condom did he specificly say "Hey, have sex with my ex girlfriend," or was he just being a pal and helping you out? There is a huge difference.

Who cares, they arent together. If you asked him straight out and he said he didnt care and if he walked straight by you two making out and didnt say anything then you got the greenlight. He shoulda squirreled her when he had the chance early on.

Re: My friend is making himself out to be the victim of a senseless sex crime
My friends say he cared, which is why they tried to get him the fuck out of the house for most of the night, but, I mean, he could have said something to me. I even came up to him and said "You're really being a good guy for all this." Then he handed me a condom and said he's cool with whatever happens. Do you think he was just testing me? If he was, he's an even bigger bitch than I anticipated he would be. Also, he refused to speak to her afterwards. I don't know guys, but if my girl was forcibly excavated by a dude, I would at least be there in case she felt bad about it, like she did. I don't really feel bad about what happened, I just feel bad that I might lose my friend becaue A) he's blaming everything on me, and B)he refuses to speak to me and possible deflate the the whole situation. Maybe we both missed something.
What it is.

Dude you definitely fucked up. As everyone else said, never fuck a friends ex. However, he gave you a condom to do it so he has no right to be mad at you. Tell him to stop being a dick.

Everyone says this, until they actually get a girl that'll fuck'em. Then they can give a fuck.
OP, your friend should have said something, what is he a girl? Are you suppose to pick up on her (I mean his) telepathic signals? If a friend of mine was about to fuck the girl that I intended to get back together with, I would have the fortitude to intervene and say something.
And, he shouldn't have given you the condom, it's a greenlight if there ever was one.
Yeah, sure, as a general rule you shouldn't fuck your friends ex, if only out of respect for the friendship, but in reality it's a case by case basis. The guy should have said something, his friends at the party who knew he was bothered should have said something, (that's all it would have took for this guy to back off, well I assume...).

This is true, however, how many people here have actually never broken this rule? Who has ever actually dumped someone because their friends didn't like them? It just never happens and it's because your friend just don't put out. Any friend that really expects you to dump someone for them isn't really a good friend.
However, fucking your friends ex is still sleazy.
Cheers,
Lost

I don't understand this rule. What, because he fucked it up the first time means that I can't have a shot? Seriously. It's his fucking ex. I'd dick my friend's girlfriend any day. But I won't. You know why? It's his girlfriend.
What it is.

Ah well, then yeah, giving him time to cool down and stop being a little dick is the best idea. Maybe, after a week, give him a call, but really, men can be such women about women.

So it's been a week, and he's now at the stage where he's asking his friends to call me and give me messages from him. I feel like a spy. The girl keeps calling me, but I don't have the heart to tell her I'm not interested, so I always just end up saying that whatever is on her mind that night is just not a good idea considering the situation. What a shit this guy is.

Why the fuck do you owe him an appology when she chose who she wanted and so did you?!
Unless you live in some arab state where the woman 'belongs' to you permanently and has no right to decide what she does.
To hell with your friend. I'd be carefull of the whore though, chances are your friend will get her back just to fuck you up. And she'll happily slut around between the both of you.

Re: My friend is making himself out to be the victim of a senseless sex crime
I don't think you did anything wrong. It's up to the girl who she wants to fuck, not her ex. If a person is your ex, you have no ownership over them, and they can do whatever the hell they want, even if that means fucking your friend. It might not have been the most sensitive thing to do, but your friend needs to grow up and realise that she's not with him anymore, and obviously doesn't want to get back with him anyway.

I don't think you did anything wrong. Yeah sure, fucking your friends ex is a shitty thing to do.. i've had friends of mine ASK if they could, and obviously I said "sure" cause they're my ex. I have no emotional connection to them anymore. If he said it was alright and gave you a condom you don't owe him ANYTHING except for maybe a new condom.
It's not like you fucked is current girlfriend, some of you guys are in for a world of (emotional) hurt. Toughen up, don't be babies.
And it's obviously clear that the girl has no interest in getting back together with your buddy if she's fucking his friend. Let it be.

Re: My friend is making himself out to be the victim of a senseless sex crime
What you did isn't wrong, it's just insensitive.
If your friend still have feelings for her, then of course it's going to be hard for him to know that she is fucking someone else, especially that someone else is his friend.
It's not whether he thinks he owns her, somethings are just upsetting to see (or know).
If you are willing to look past that then clearly your friendship with him isn't as important as getting some sex. That's fine, as long as he knows and understand that. So, no, you don't owe him an apology. You just need to tell him that he made a mistake when he was choosing his friend.

^^ why, seriously, i'd think i'd be ok too if the mate handed me the rubber himself.
Then again, i have no soul so i would have done it anyways. Him likin it or not. Plus, it's a valuable lesson why to keep ex's far away from ya. This way you don't have to be confronted with them movin on while you don't

You should have known that she was sleeping with you to hurt him . I do think that i would choose friends before women it is why we were given souls so that we could decide what the right thing to do is. If you didnt sleep with her there would be no problems but you did . So you will have to live with it
you hurt him with his ex , Using a thing he once loved to make him upset . Its a powerful thing mate .

You didn't do anything wrong, he fucked up and either got dumped or did the dumping. Then fucked up again by giving you the rubber and not saying anything.
He had his shot and proved he's a fuck up. Fuck him!

Re: My friend is making himself out to be the victim of a senseless sex crime
I think I'm going to go with the general consensus here and say 'fuck him.' The girl's been calling me almost every day for the past 2 weeks to tell me the exact same thing, even though I keep telling her that I'm, not interested. So basically, from what I hear, he's mad at me because I fucked her and then dumped her. If this continues I'm just going to go out with her out of spite, and let him see what it really means to be fucked over by your buddy.
Edit: To address stab's point, it doesn't seem like she was trying to hurt him. She has told me on several occasionss that she doesn't care for him, or for his opinion on what happened.
What it is.

There's a reason she's his ex.

you were asking for drama dicking his recently ex-gf
and he caused the situation to get worse by not just being honest with you
you both need to man up and talk it out and reaffirm your friendship with a promise of future honesty
edit: aka he needs to undestand the need for honesty and learn to trust that you wouldn't have been mad if he's just said no dude plz don't etc
