Im wondering what the precentage of retardations for all births are(For example- every x number of children born there is an x number of mental handicaps). Also does masturbation increase your chances of having a retarded baby?

If your about to be a parent or want to be you can get tested before hand to see if you have any genetic retard traits you could pass to a child. And make the chick eat healthy, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs while pregnant

Im not about to be a parent, infact im way too young to even be thinking about having a child, it's just that I was thinking about how nice it would be to have a son. Then I thought about mental disabilities and how horrible it would be. and to answer your question about my thinking on masturbation, I read somewhere that masturbating can cause your penis take a long time to erect and It could also cause other problems.
