But I'll tell you this now, if you don't tell your current girlfriend you're a despicable human being. Because she will find out, and in which situation do you think she's going to react worse to? You sitting her down and loving and caringly explaining that you fucked up and you're now begging, in which she'll probably have a bit of a cry and you can possibly work through it, or would you rather her find out through the grapevine (in which case the storey may mutate into something much, much worse), and you having to deal with the wrath of hell?

I don't know, getting it off to your chest to complete strangers who may or may not have your best interests at heart probably wasn't very smart either, because you know, very little is actually private once it's one the internet...

Unless the girl you cheated on your girlfriend with raped you, you weren't forced or driven to cheat on her. You are too immature to have a relationship.

I've some-what cheated on my man. No more than kissing and touching though. But, I love the girl I "cheated" on him with. She's been my best friend for years and yea. But we have never fully had sex. I would tell her. It's better to tell her now and get it off your chest then hiding it and telling her later, or having her find out from someone else. If you wait to tell her, she will think that if you waited that long to tell her that, what else could you be hiding?

So just tell her and get it over with. She might break up with you but you brought that upon yourself when you made the decision to do that.

Anyways, OP, you did the wrong thing and there'll most definitely be consequences. My advice though is to either inform your girlfriend and expect a break up, or to not tell and move on.

cheating is cheating is cheating. how would you feel if she said "yeah well, it just happened, he pressured me into it." you gave into temptation. try to justify it all you want but imagine how you would react were the situation reversed.

Don't do it again, I suggest avoiding any situation it could happen again in anyway possible.

If you're positive she won't find out, just deal with it yourself - feel like shit, it'll be l;ike that for awhile. Keeping a dark secret like that will hurt, but eventully go away.

If your girlfreind may find out via someone else, then i'd be upfront about it and start begging, or loosing the realtionship.
