200+lbs @ 5'8"ft in early high school years that it isn't about your weight but about your personality. I had a girlfriend even being a fat fuck.

I'm not a very superficial person, and have found myself attracted to guys that are overweight when they are charismatic and humorous. Confidence is also a key factor. I'm not saying be someone you're not, I'm just saying that these are the qualities that attracted me. The beginning of last summer I was 5'10, 215 pounds. When I realized my chances of getting hawt sex and a cute girlfriend were slim I went on a diet followed by mabye 15-20 mins of excersize a day. Mabye half a month after summer I was at 170 and now im at 164. It really isint hard man. You really dont have to go on a strict plan and eat grapefruit all day. What I did was stick to fruits, veggies, and protein like fish and chicken. After a week or so of eating this stuff you begin to like it and not have a problem with eating it. That combined with getting a small workout on the punching bag will get you losing a pound every day or two. Now that im not a fatshit I get more attention from the ladies and am even seeing a really cute girl at the moment.

Just diet and exercise man. In 2 or 3 months of eating good food and exercising 5 days a week you'll have lost a lot of weight. It really isn't anywhere near as hard as people make it out to be. I was putting on a bit of a belly so I've started doing it. Oh and stay away from soft drinks, as they're very fattening, although one or two liters of Coke in the weekend don't hurt.

But to the original poster I used to weigh a lot more than I do now and I found it's all about habits. If you make it your habit to avoid "bad" foods and try to eat more healthy foods after a while it just becomes habit.

The same with walking instead of getting a bus etc.

I found that once they just kind of turn into habit, you do it without thinking and my weight has been going down relatively slowly but constantly, its all about doing the "good" stuff continuously until it becomes habit. I know I'm still chunky but I know it's gonna go away eventually.

Don't bother waiting for that "miracle" that will just make you slimmer you have to grab it with both hands and really have willpower.

Something that might help is the fact that because you are probably so used to sugar, you will most likely have lost all relativity to how sweet food is and how much sugar is really in stuff like the vast majority of people.

Try no eating sugary foods for a week or two then eat chocolate or something else and you will realise how sickeningly sweet and full of sugar shit like that is, it almost made me a bit queasy..

I totally agree with that, but I did diet for awhile eating mostly fruits and veggies, and I felt fucking amazing even though I was occasionally hungry. The trick is to fight that fucking urge to get up and make a sandwhich when you feel like a snack; and if you absolutely must, have a salad or something.

I gotta start doing that again, actually. Fucking Christmas food slowing my wop ass down these days.

uh...how to lose weight? i just got hardcore about that. start off by just taking a walk/going to gym/biking for like 15-20 minutes a day just to get used to spending time being active and getting into the habit. once you're in the habit and can see any benefits it sorta comes naturally; you'll want to work out and kick your own ass just to see how good your body can be.

This is true with girls, at least for me. So it's true with guys.

P.S. You should probably try to lose weight. I'll tell you I've gone bulimic and anorexic just to be better looking. What really works is drugs + no food in the house.

I weigh like 115lbs now. Down from an all time high of 148 in rehab. (All they do is feed you, and that's all you have to look forward to.) My weight for the last three years has been a steady 125 though.

I'm 6'1 and 190, I've been bordering on being a fat guy because I've got too much work to work out as much as I usually do lately.

If all you've got is a large gut, and you aren't completely spherical, wear open jackets and black shirts, and make sure to carry yourself with an erect posture instead of trying to hide it by slumping (I tried it, it didn't work too well).

But that should only be temporary, the guys in RI will help you out with losing weight, just stay away from that CarbonB fuckhead.

EDIT: and use that hot chick to bolster your willpower next time you want to go through a whole tub of ice cream or something, it's the little things that can help you drop 10 pounds without anything extra on your part.
