well, right now i am about 6 1/2 inches, and would like to bump it up at least 3/4 inch.

i have this excersize, or pills, and decided to go with this.

my only question is does it really work? also, does the whole penis get larger at the same time? I would think that only the tip would get larger, becuase there isnt much stress on the base.

any helpful advice is apreciated.
