It is totally about proportion. Most of the Chinese women I see are smaller framed; if you pulled out a 7/8" wang for them to fuck, they would probably go through a lot of discomfort before they got used to it.

There have been studies done on penis lengths across races, usually showing that African wangs are half an inch longer than the Eurocock, and Asians slightly shorter again. No particularly large differences.
